Nobody likes the feeling of biting cold that accompanies most of the fall / winter season. Moisture, wind, rain and low temperatures - every True Rider has to struggle with this for at least 5 months. We wanted to create a product that will be very comfortable, won’t allow us to overheat during training, and which will protect us from the wind and weather changes. After a year of testing and searching for suitable materials, our Softshell True Rider Black & Gold was created!
We’ve personally tested it and we listened to your feedback so we will be honest and write it with full awareness - True Rider Softshell is one of the best options on the market. Why?
- We used the most modern, three-layer technology - the material was made of 3 different layers that form one. If you want to know more, you can read our article. In short, each layer if applied alone could, for example, cause that we will overheat during training. Using 3 special layers in 1 combines the best functions and creates a jacket that is close to ideal :D
- A combination of two quilted materials and a softshell - extremely elegant, even luxurious combination that clearly distinguishes our design from other brands
- Delicate embroidery “Born to Ride” on the left side of the chest - additionally motivates us to ride regularly and reminds us of what is most important in life for every True Rider! It also relates to the “Born to Ride” collection for your horse, where you can find saddle pads and fly veils :)
- Feminine cut - it has been cut to fit your figure without restricting the freedom of movement - whether on horseback or in the pursuit of everyday duties. It is both elegant and functional.
- An elegantly shaped hood with a beautiful ornament in the form of rhinestones around it. Are you annoyed by the hoods that look weird because they stick out? So are we! That's why our hood has been designed to fit perfectly on your head & to look elegantly when it’s off
- High collar & detachable hood. It will additionally protect you from the wind and if the hood interferes with your riding, you can always easily detach it
- Two deep pockets with zippers - you can fit everything necessary - horse candies and gloves :)
- Black & Gold color - another piece from the beloved Black & Gold collection - you can freely combine all the pieces from this collection, because we’ve made sure that everything fits together in 100%! So no matter where you order don’t worry about the delivery:
• You will get your goodies quickly (2-5 working days)
• You can track check at any moment, where your package is located and at what stage of the journey it is, by the tracking number that you will receive by e-mail.
• After the parcel's arrival to your country, you will receive the courier number, which will get your order to the indicated address!

Delivery times
We are sending you goods straight after we will receive money payment on our bank account. With UPS it usually takes up to 2-3 working days to deliver your goods to the country in Europe and up to 5 working days for delivery to USA and Canada.
For Orders in the USA, it is possible to pick Standard delivery for 20 € which usually takes up to 2-3 weeks. We use our International Polish Post services which cooperate with your national delivery company.

Remember that In True Rider you always have 21 days to make a return.
The item must be returned to us within 21 days - unsoiled and in the condition that it was delivered to you, with all original tags still intact. Please allow up to 21 days for your account to be credited with a refund. Please note that refund value will match the price of the garment at the time of purchase. If you wish to exchange goods, the item must be returned to us within 21 days - unsoiled and in the condition that it was delivered to you, with all original tags still intact. No refund or exchange will be applicable, under any circumstances, after 21 days of signing for the package. In the event of an exchange, please let us know exactly what you would like your exchange to be.
The exchange/return must be accompanied by a receipt and a return form which you can find in your package.
Please ensure any products returned to us for a refund/exchange here un-worn, have no make-up marks or stains on and are sent back with the receipt, refund/complaint form, and all tags attached.
Please note gift vouchers are non-refundable, and can not be exchanged. Please, not that customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We advise parcels are sent back via a tracked service. We will only cover the cost of postage if an item is damaged or faulty. Please make a note of your tracking reference, as you are responsible for tracing any returned parcel back to us.
