Remember that In True Rider you always have 21 days to make a return.
The item must be returned to us within 21 days - unsoiled and in the condition that it was delivered to you, with all original tags still intact. Please allow up to 21 days for your account to be credited with a refund. Please note that refund value will match the price of the garment at the time of purchase. If you wish to exchange goods, the item must be returned to us within 21 days - unsoiled and in the condition that it was delivered to you, with all original tags still intact.
No refund or exchange will be applicable, under any circumstances, after 21 days of signing for the package. In the event of an exchange, please let us know exactly what you would like your exchange to be.
The exchange/return must be accompanied by a receipt and a return form which you can find in your package.
Please ensure any products returned to us for a refund/exchange here un-worn, have no make-up marks or stains on and are sent back with the receipt, refund/complaint form, and all tags attached.
Please note gift vouchers are non-refundable, and can not be exchanged.
Please, not that customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We advise parcels are sent back via a tracked service. We will only cover the cost of postage if an item is damaged or faulty. Please make a note of your tracking reference, as you are responsible for tracing any returned parcel back to us.
