True Rider Black & Gold is a combination of classic black with expressive golden additions. For all lovers of classic designs - without unnecessary splendor, but with the highest quality!

- The special structure of the material ensures high durability and resistance to heavy use during training, regardless of weather conditions ;)
- High breathability of materials - during intensive training it is important that the pad absorbs sweat and evaporates it at the same time. Thanks to this, you provide your horse with greater comfort
- After soaking or washing, the pad dries quickly and retains previous form - you do not have to worry that frequent washing will twist in the wrong direction
- The bottom is made of dark material and a special absorbent sponge - will not get dirty quickly

Delivery times
We are sending you goods straight after we will receive money payment on our bank account. With UPS it usually takes up to 2-3 working days to deliver your goods to the country in Europe and up to 5 working days for delivery to USA and Canada.
For Orders in the USA, it is possible to pick Standard delivery for 20 € which usually takes up to 2-3 weeks. We use our International Polish Post services which cooperate with your national delivery company.

Remember that In True Rider you always have 21 days to make a return.
The item must be returned to us within 21 days - unsoiled and in the condition that it was delivered to you, with all original tags still intact. Please allow up to 21 days for your account to be credited with a refund. Please note that refund value will match the price of the garment at the time of purchase. If you wish to exchange goods, the item must be returned to us within 21 days - unsoiled and in the condition that it was delivered to you, with all original tags still intact. No refund or exchange will be applicable, under any circumstances, after 21 days of signing for the package. In the event of an exchange, please let us know exactly what you would like your exchange to be.
The exchange/return must be accompanied by a receipt and a return form which you can find in your package.
Please ensure any products returned to us for a refund/exchange here un-worn, have no make-up marks or stains on and are sent back with the receipt, refund/complaint form, and all tags attached.
Please note gift vouchers are non-refundable, and can not be exchanged. Please, not that customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We advise parcels are sent back via a tracked service. We will only cover the cost of postage if an item is damaged or faulty. Please make a note of your tracking reference, as you are responsible for tracing any returned parcel back to us.
